A New Personnel Policy and a New Supervisor Manual

Recently, DNRC put out a new version of the Model Personnel Policy.  Conservation Districts should revise this for their District (adding the appropriate CD name etc.) and then adopt the new policy.  Policies like this should be kept in a central location, in a binder or other central “Policy Book” or file.

In addition, the Conservation Districts Bureau just recently also put out a new Supervisor Manual.  This is a revision of the previous versions and includes, among other things, the section number of the Montana Codes that cover Conservation District Supervisors.  Please be sure to get a copy to each of your supervisors!
