Conservation Districts do a wide variety of projects, programs and events. The following examples were provided by a number of Conservation Districts in Montana. Clear Lake Aquifer

The Beaverhead Conservation District has run an Aquatic Invasive Species Watercraft Inspection Station for several years.
Just for Kids
Pondera Conservation District
The Pondera Conservation District encourages sharing and reading.
Gallatin Conservation District
The Gallatin Conservation District enjoys sharing information weekly with young children.

The Gallatin Conservation District works hard weekly on their local Farmer’s Market.
Fergus Conservation District
The Fergus Conservation District held a Build and Paint a Rain Barrel Workshop. This project focused on our local watershed and the ways that using a rain barrel can help our watershed.
Lewis and Clark Conservation District
The Lewis and Clark Conservation District had fun hosting a Build and Paint a Rain Barrel Workshop.
Adult Education
Toole County Conservation District
The Toole County CD hosts a Homestead Series Workshop with some really great topics and ideas for even more to add to their series.
Fergus Conservation District
The Fergus Conservation District held a 310 Realtor Workshop geared towards giving information to Realtors that can be passed along to their clients.
Gallatin Conservation District

Bears & Pollinators
Lewis and Clark Conservation District
The Lewis and Clark Conservation District has shared seeds all over the county. With bees, comes bears. FWP has helped educate the public with this program.
